The war is on between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan squashed all reports of "patch-up" between him and Salman Khan.

"Please grow up...you people have always been asking this question", he was addressing reporters at a press conference.

Shah Rukh retorted when asked whether the acrimony between him and Salman has finally come to end.

It's been ten days since 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' was premiered and tweets did the rounds of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan shaking a leg with Amitabh Bachchan.

Since then speculations were rife of a Salman-Shah Rukh patch up. On every occasion SRK was hounded with questions about their presumed dance.

There are several unconfirmed theories floating around and nobody knows what exactly happened at that party. The incident left a scar and the split only seemed to have widen as the Khans are in no mood to call a truce

Guess it took a toll on the star when he was again asked at a public forum about this love-hate relationship.

Speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2012 Shah Rukh said, "We have had a little bit of personal issue. This is not the first time; it is about four years ago. We were very close for 20 years... We have certain things that are similar and there are certain things which we disagree on. So at this point of time we are on that plane of disagreement..."

Shah Rukh said, "There might come a time when these things will get resolved but it will never be on a public platform. It will be a personal thing."

"It will never get resolved if two or three people came in between and say 'resolve it' I don't think a film is going to bring us together and resolve anything," added SRK.

Previously Amitabh Bachchan had tweeted, “danced all night with Shah Rukh and Salman” after ‘JTHJ’ premiere. Media had taken it for granted and went berserk with the statement claiming that that the two had finally become friends.

But the star got furious and told the media to ask Big B for details.

However, it is true that Salman did attend the premiere but merely out of respect for Yash Chopra.

A heated argument between Shah Rukh and Salman at the birthday bash of the latter's ex Katrina Kaif in 2008 created a rift between the two stars.
