But here is a child who is going to turn 12 on 12/12/12 at 12:12.

Alabama-based teenager Kiam Moriya was born in New York on December 12, 2000, at 12:12pm, meaning he will turn 12 at 12:12 on 12/12/12, the teenager told AL.com.

"When I'm turning 12, it's going to be nothing but 12s," Kiam was quoted as saying.

To celebrate his momentous birthday, how can there be no 12 yet again. Kiam has ordered Krispy Kreme donuts in the shape of 12 for his birthday.

Many people around the world have, indeed, decided to make it a memorable one. Couples across the globe are flocking to tie the knot on 12/12/12, sparking a wedding boom on the century's last repeating date seen as auspicious by some to guarantee a happy marriage.

Dates like 10/10/10 or 11/11/11 have traditionally seen couples from the two places rush to get married, with registrations set to surge on December 12 this year, which is viewed as signifying "love".
