Emaar offers Rosa villas in Ranches

Emaar Properties has launched spacious and elegantly designed “Rosa” villas, the newest addition to the well-established and much sought-after lifestyle community, Arabian Ranches.

Following strong investor response to the recently-launched “Palma” villas in Arabian Ranches, the “Rosa” community is defined by larger plot sizes and liveable space, serving as an ideal choice for families. The 144 villas are designed in Spanish-style architecture in five different choices.

Potential customers can register for ‘Rosa’ from 10am (UAE) and 11:30am (India) on November 11, 2013, at www.emaar.com. The sales events will be held on November 16 from 10am at the Emaar Sales Centre in Downtown Dubai and Al Nahda Tower, Abu Dhabi. The showcase event will be from 11:30am at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai, India.
