Dubai’s city of happiness homes in on Dh280,000 apartments

Dubai’s property market proves itself as a hot ticket once again as the emirate rolls out the welcome home mat for studios starting at Dh280,000 at The Pulse.

Master developer Dubai South announced the sale price of its residential units on Saturday, after making a splash at the property exhibition, Cityscape, earlier this month by launching the world’s first ‘city of happiness’.

The portfolio of residential units up for sale at the end of the month include, studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Meanwhile, two and three bedroom tiered townhomes are also up for sale within a secure gated community, with round-the-clock facility management services.

Billed as the first city in the world centred around the happiness of its people, The Pulse will be centred on a 70-metre wide, six-lane boulevard, bringing together retail, hospitality, leisure, and modern requirements of residents within an urban environment.

Parking spaces will be available for the residents and visitors and the community will also have a club house with a gymnasium, pool, children’s playground and a yoga lounge.
