14lb lobster caught in Bahamas

A monster lobster weighing 14 pound has been found in Bermuda.

The large sea creature was hooked out by fisherman over the weekend after it was pulled to shore by Hurricaine Nicole, which reached speeds of around 115mph, and Sanctuary Marine Bermuda couldn't resist posting a picture on its Facebook account.

Alongside a photograph of the captain holding the lobster, the fishing charter accompanied it with the caption: "Hurricane Nicole blew in some sea monsters... 14lb lobster, caught and released (sic)"

Although the huge lobster dropped jaws, it's not the biggest to ever grace the land as one was found in 1977 weighing more than 44 pounds, according to the 'Guinness Book of Records'.
