Man gets Dh303,000 by mistake

A Saudi man who went to his bank to withdraw money from the cash machine was shocked when he found that he had received SR303,000 (Dh303,000) into his account.

Instead of welcoming the new fortune, he phoned the bank on the next day and he was told that the money deposited in his account is correct and there was no mistake.

He was not satisfied and decided to visit the bank in the Eastern port of Dammam and see his manager, who identified the remitter.

“He told the manager that he does not know the remitter. After it checked the transfer again, the bank found that an employee had made a mistake and that the transfer was to another account,” ‘Sharq’ newspaper said.
