A group of pre-teens killed a teenager in an act of revenge alleging he was a bully.
According to a report in Al Wafd newspaper, three boys aged 12 and 13 Dokmairah village of Kafr El Sheikh governorate tied up a 14-year-old and tortured him to death before dumping his body.
The incident came to light when residents of the area alerted police of a body.
Eye-witnesses told cops that they had seen the deceased along with three other boys walking through the streets that day.
On questioning the group, they admitted to gagging and killing him because “they were tired of him bossing over them”.
He allegedly asked them to rob train passengers. But he kept the loot, they claimed. Unable to be sidelines and tired of being ordered around the three hatched a plan to do away with him.
They called him to a secluded area and tied his legs and stabbed him.
They have been arrested and led the police to the place where they hid the knife.
They have been referred to public prosecution.
