16 injured in a blast outside Indian govt office

16 people were injured in an explosion that took place outside a government office in Bangalore, India.

Among the injured were eight policemen and eight civilians including two teenage girls.

Senior officials told Hindustan Times that explosives were attached to a motorcycle 0parked outside the BJP office.

Initial reports said a gas cylinder had exploded.
