Buy Lumia 640 from Etisalat for Dh649; get Dh997 in freebies

Etisalat has announced its partnership with Microsoft Devices to exclusively introduce the latest Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE for its mobile customers in the UAE at Dh649 with a range of bundles and data offer that adds up to freebies worth almost Dh1,000.

Etisalat’s customers buying the standalone Lumia 640 LTE Single SIM will get to enjoy 1GB of data free for the first three months. The free data allowance is worth Dh297 as, from the fourth month onwards, a monthly charge of Dh99 will apply for 1 GB data allowance.

In addition, users will get a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal, which includes the latest Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote), worth Dh250. In addition, a 1TB of OneDrive storage worth Dh250 comes free with the device.

Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE will also come bundled with a couple of app offers: The pre-loaded Souq.com app will offer 20 per cent discount (up to Dh100) on the first purchase as well as up to Dh100 will be discounted on the first ride booked through the Uber app.

The Lumia 640 will upgrade to and benefit from Windows 10 as it becomes available later this year.
