EIB names Al Abbar Manager of Government Relations

Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) has announced the appointment of Mohammed Khalifa Al Abbar as the Manager of Government Relations responsible for inaugurating banks relations with elite representatives in UAE federal ministries, governmental departments and semi-governmental authorities.

Al Abbar has six years of professional experience in the Islamic banking field.  In his new role, Al Abbar will continue enhancing all governmental banking relationships with Heads of Governmental Depts. and high net wealth businessmen in addition to embracing banks’ relations with major companies in the country.

Prior to handling this new position, Al Abbar had served as a senior branch manager, at Al Tuwar branch, Deira. With his outstanding supervision of all retail branch operations and staff performance along with his focused strategic planning, Al Abbar scored the overall highest leadership performance, high-end relationships, liabilities, investments and quality assurance with respect to the banks’ retail network.
