Drugs, firearm found in Dubai apartment

Anti-narcotics officers of Dubai Police have arrested four Chinese nationals, three men and a woman, after finding drugs and an unlicensed firearm in their apartment.

24 mobile phones, special weapons and currencies of many countries were also found in the apartment which was also used for the vice trade,  said Major General Abdul Jalil Mahdi director of drug control in Dubai.

The four accused have been referred to the public prosecution in Dubai on charges of possession of drugs, in addition to possession of a firearm without a licence.
