Leviton sets up office in Jebel Ali Free Zone

Leviton Manufacturing Company, North America's leader in electrical wiring devices, has made a strong foray into the region with the opening of its Middle East regional office in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The office will help the industrial giant to meet the high regional demand for its specialised products and services, especially from the residential segment. The hardware giant has the strongest and most influential patent portfolios for industrial components and fixtures and is rated top brand preference by builders and electrical contractors in the US.

The company has invested Dh7.34 million in ramping up its business in the Middle East and is expected to double its investment every year going forward.

Ramzi Nassif, Managing Director of Leviton Middle East, will lead the company's efforts in growing the business. The focus will be on commercial networking and structured cabling business as well as lighting management solutions.
