Nasdaq Dubai delists du futures contract series

Nasdaq Dubai delisted single stock futures of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) from today, owing to foreign ownership restrictions in conjunction with ground rules framed along with FTSE.

The stock exchange has also dropped du from the FTSE Nasdaq Dubai-20 index composition.

"Series for which there is no open interest shall cease to be tradable and will be delisted. New series and maturities shall not be created and series for which the open interest is positive shall continue to be traded until they expire or until the open interest is zero," said a notification on Nasdaq Dubai wesbsite.
