Final phase of SIC launched by Snasco

Snasco, a regional and master developer, yesterday announced the launch of the third and final phase of the Sharjah Investment Centre (SIC).

Snasco has launched an extensive promotional and marketing campaign to highlight the details of the third phase of SIC project on the Emirates Road, a few kilometres away from Sharjah International Airport and Al-Hamriah Port.

The company launched the first and second phases of SIC in 2007 and 2008 respectively. The SIC was launched by Snasco in November 2006.

"The firm seeks from the launch of this phase to continue its successful strategy and to provide its clients and investors with new opportunities to benefit from the outstanding investment capabilities of this project which combines integrated infrastructure and strategic location near several of the emirate's vital facilities," said a statement.

"The launch of phase III of the SIC project has come following the completion of the necessary infrastructure to enable Snasco to commence marketing of the project," said Talal Al Sorayai, Snasco's Deputy Chairman.
