First batch completes DREI course
The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera) said yesterday the first intake has qualified the Property Development Feasibility Analysis programme, a Rera-backed Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI) training module for real estate professionals.
This feasibility analysis programme offers training in valuation, market research and in assessing the feasibility of a variety of project types.
"We want to see feasibility studies become a common practice among developers. This will ensure the right projects are undertaken at the right time and in the most cost-effective way," said Mahmoud AlBurai, Director of Real Estate Sector Development at Rera.
