G&T opens head office in Abu Dhabi

As part of its regional expansion, Gardiner & Theobald (G&T), a construction and property consultancy, has opened a head office in Abu Dhabi, further cementing its leadership position in the region.

Jeff Higgins, Regional Managing Director for G&T Middle East, said: "At the end of last year we realised that as the growth of G&T continued in line with our expectations, we would need more office space in our central office in Abu Dhabi. We see this as an important step in serving our existing clients in the area and developing our business in the growing market in Abu Dhabi."

Together with their existing office at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec), G&T's office, located in Al Niyadi Building on Airport Road, will offer a spectrum of consultancy services and be led by Director Michael Pain.

The practice portfolio includes Adnec, Saadiyat Island, Etihad Terminal Building, Aloft Hotel, Sheikh Saud Tower in Qatar and the Shangri La Resort in Abu Dhabi.
