HR management practices vital

Dubai Properties, master developer and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, recently highlighted the vital role of HR management practices in organisations as well as its innovative in-house practices during the GCC Leadership Summit in Dubai.

As a guest speaker at the summit, Yaqoob Al Zarooni, Deputy CEO, Dubai Properties Group, focused on the regional improvement of labour practices, especially in the construction industry.

Held on June 18, the summit focused on the regional labour market and brought together eminent speakers from various sectors to deliberate on issues such as labour management, labour relations, HR management, recruitment, workplace practices and responsibilities.

Dubai Properties recently entered into a partnership with US-based talent development centre Novations to develop a High Potential Leadership programme for enhancing employees' skills, building capacity and raising the bar on individual performance.
