Adobe opens regional office in Dubai

Adobe Systems has open-ed an office in Dubai for its Middle East operations, the company said.

The office, headed by Abdallah Saqqa as general manager of Adobe Middle East, will support partners and customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and several other countries in the region.

Prior to joining Adobe, Saqqa held several sales management positions in the region, including acting general manager and regional distribution sales manager at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and OEM sales manager for Microsoft.

Adobe will now be able to provide a stronger focus on meeting the customer requirements of the region, empowering and supporting the region's channel community, and strengthening the company's emerging enterprise business in the Middle East. The Dubai team will work closely with Adobe's network of partners.
