Meraas to file a civil suit in info leak case

Dubai Criminal Court yesterday postponed to May 9 the case of former Meraas Capital legal adviser JA (37, American) to allow the company to file the civil suit. The defendant is charged with leaking Meraas secrets to a rival company.

The Public Prosecution had referred JA to court for disclosing information related to Meraas' financial situation, names of clients and the project execution situation.
