Director used to Spike interest in hosting World Cup

Film director Spike Lee has joined the board of the USA Bid Committee for the 2018/2022 Fifa World Cups. The Oscar-nominated director will help the US in its a battle to host the 2018 tournament against the likes of England, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Russia and a joint bid from Portugal-Spain.
