Christina Aguilera and her squatting ex-husband

Christina Aguilera may be divorcing her husband of five years, but Jordan Bratman has still to move out of their Beverley Hills home.

The pair have been separated since September 11 and Aguilera cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition, filed earlier this month.

Worse, according to the celebrity website TMZ, Bratman, 33, has no intention of moving out. It seems he wants to wait until the divorce becomes final to find out whether or not he gets a payoff – although the pair have a pre-nuptial agreement in place and the divorce petition seeks to terminate Bratman's ability to get spousal support.  Aguilera, 29, is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is two years old.

And things are now so awkward at home that Aguilera has reportedly moved into a nearby hotel. Do you think Bratman secretly hopes he’ll get the house if nothing else? Comments below!
