Aamir picks Salman Khan for film… Shah Rukh on his own

The Khans of Bollywood have always been seen as independent of each other, each with their own camp, their own styles, and their own fan followings.

However, Aamir Khan seems to be sending out feelers to Salman Khan for a joint venture – one that will surely be the biggest film release in India should it happen.

According to a report in Indian tabloid Mid-Day, Aamir is quoted as saying, “I would love to work with Salman. 'Andaz Apna Apna' is one of my favourite films as well. He is a great person to work with. If we come across a script then we will be happy to do it."

'Andaz Apna Apna' was the last time the Aamir and Salman worked together.

Aamir is often looked upon as the Khan that appeals to a more ‘cerebral’ audience, though his films like ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Taare Zameen Par’ have crossed over all barriers.

That being said, one can only speculate that a joint Aamir-Salman film will leave Shah Rukh Khan isolated.

Not that SRK minds having the spotlight all to himself.

What about all three Khans in one film, then?

That’s a Bollywood dream.
