Emarati young women resigned from government jobs to start their own business
Emarati female employees desire to achieve their ambitions away from offices and for such dreams they resigned from government jobs, so they can develop their own projects reported Emarat Al Youm.
They said they were in need to resign from their government jobs to run their own projects, which they started recently and they confirmed, that gained profits despite the short time.
They said when they have been assured the job is blocking their success therefore they decided to start their small and medium business which has become their gateway to fame and success in social media.
They confirmed that they adopted clear plans to transition from the job to the innovative projects, which can gain good income compared with the work at office.
One of those Emarati women Sheikha Al Mutairi of Fujairah operates in governmental who has a bachelor in administration.
She added not only that but also she has diplomas in various subjects in addition to the number of accredited certificates and licensed by the Ministry of higher education, but despite those degrees preferred to start her own business.
Sheikha Al Mutairi has started her own business since four years and that was by coincident where she did take care of her friend's Wedding Hall decoration.
She added that the decoration paid the attention of the guests and then started asking who decorated and furnished the wedding hall.
She added that this event was the reason for bringing many customers wishing to take advantage of her talents.
She added that was the main reason to develop her vision of her future project and started immediately the implementation.
Sheikha Al Mutairi said she did not expect this big turnout in decorating venues where she became famous in completing that work.
She indicated that she opened her account in social media for expansion, proliferation and organized the selection of quality arrangements through pictures.
She said she likes the government job but with the frequent customers, she does not find time for private commercial project, which led to traffic demands.
Al Mutairi pointed out that she felt overwhelmed, for not taking adequate rest, besides not to deflate her social life, she decided to leave her career.
She said she left her government career not because of scheduling difficulties at work or other, but due to her project, desiring to achieve the greatest possible achievements.
On the other hand, another Emarati woman identified as Eman Al Baluchi said that she has quit her job resigned from the company that work to complete all applications for her small project, which was launched three years ago.
She said that her project is based on designing fashion cloths for festivals and events and weddings and through which she could make me distinguished name in the world of Commerce.
She pointed out that her monthly salary was up to 29 thousand dirhams, and is considered a high income compared with other companies.
She said that but her dream to have her own business that is why she opened a small business and hiring workers but in fact requires considerable time and effort.
Another Emarati identified as Mariam Abdullah confirmed that UAE women face many obstacles and challenges in their own projects but that they demonstrate their ability to meet these challenges and overcome through the remarkable success.
She said that she was able to opened chain of shops for wedding gowns and design Abayat and she distributed at the level of the East Coast.
She said that she resigned from her job as a teacher in a government school in Fujairah despite loving teaching but needs an effort during work hours, preparing for lessons.
She added that on the other side the private project did not leave free time particularly she wants to make a distinguished name in the world of designing Abayas.
