Only one PRO for one firm: Ministry of Labour

The UAE Ministry of Labour has clarified that Public Relations Officers (PRO) are allowed to work only for their employers and their companies.

The ministry also clarified that the PROs may work for companies run by the employer's children or wife and not any other relatives.

The issue was raised by a PRO during an Open House held at the ministry in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
