Samsung launches 75-inch smart TV in UAE

Samsung has launched its super thin 75-inch 3D LED TV in the UAE.

The ES9000 LED Smart TV has an impressive design with a luxurious rose-gold-colour finish to the entire body.

The device has a super-slim 7.9 millimetre curved bezel with no visible seams. Top-end features include integrated camera for use with video calling apps like Skype, besides Samsung's own ‘micro dimming ultimate’ and ‘precision black local dimming’ technology.

According to Samsung, the ‘micro dimming ultimate’ analyses each frame of video in hundreds of areas to optimise the LED backlight and video signal for each frame in real time, thereby increasing brightness in the areas of the frame that are too dark to see.

Additional features include voice control, facial recognition software and gesture control. Its dual-core processor enables customers to download and use multiple apps including Facebook and Tetris.

Special attention has been paid for the design with the TV’s built-in camera hidden within the top of the bezel, rendering it invisible when not in use.

The ES9000 also has ‘sound share,’ a feature that automatically and wirelessly connects TV audio to Samsung’s Series 6 and Series 7 wireless audio with dock systems.
