Maktoum chairs Judicial Council meeting

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Dubai Judicial Council, this morning chaired the council's meeting, which was held in the Dubai Courts.

During the meeting, Sheikh Maktoum reviewed the performance of judges and prosecutors, and discussed a number of topics related to judicial work and the need to develop them in the Emirate of Dubai.

The meeting was attended by Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney-General of the Emirate of Dubai, Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts, and Chancellor Khalifa Rashid bin Demas, Secretary-General of Dubai Judicial Council, along with a number of the Dubai Judicial Council's members.
