Mohammed offers condolences to family of UAE martyr Al Ketbi
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday offered his condolences to the family of martyr Colonel Sultan Mohammed Ali Al Ketbi, who fell while taking part in the Saudi-led Arab Coalition's ‘Operation Restoring Hope’ in Yemen.
Sheikh Mohammed, accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai; and other senior officials, visited the mourning gathering in Dhaid city, in the emirate of Sharjah, to extend heartfelt sympathies to the family of the martyr.
Sheikh Mohammed expressed pride in the youth of the nation and Armed Forces servicemen who wrote with their blood an epic of heroism, loyalty, sacrifice and bravery in defence of the rightness and the oppressed in Yemen.
He emphasised that the UAE leadership, under the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, pays those martyrs and their families immense respect and regards.
