$1.6bn laptop nabbed in Saudi?
A Chinese man who was robbed of his money and laptop in Saudi Arabia told police his tiny computer is worth nearly $1.6 billion. Police later realized the man meant the laptop contained drafts for projects worth that sum.
The man was just getting into his car at the company’s parking area in the eastern town of Khobar when four unknown men attacked him.
“They beat him up and stole SR6,000 from him, his watch, mobile phone and laptop,” Kabar newspaper reported on Tuesday.
“He told the police that his laptop contains studies for projects for his company worth nearly SRsix billion.”
