A piece of bead kills four-year-old Saudi boy

A four-year-old Saudi boy died after swallowing a piece of bead that got stuck in his throat and blocked his breathing tract, a newspaper said on Wednesday.

Doctors said the boy was dead when he was brought by his parents to the hospital in the central town of Buraidah.

“The boy was already dead when he was brought to the hospital as the piece of metal totally blocked the flow of air into his body,” health department spokesman Mohammed Al Dabbasi told Ajel newspaper.
