Diabetic dies after abscess rupture

A Moroccan man suffering from diabetes died after an abscess on his hand was ruptured while he was at home in Saudi Arabia, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

‘Sabq’ quoted medical sources in the Western Saudi town of Makkah as saying the man, in his 60s, suffered from severe bleeding after the rupture.

“Doctors said he died of severe bleeding in his hand. Police are investigating the case but they ruled out a criminal act,” it said.
