“Dwarf” sheep shocks Saudi farmer

A Saudi farmer had lived in bewilderment for some time unable to comprehend why one of his sheep was not growing. In the end, the riddle was solved when he was told that he has a “dwarf” sheep.

The unnamed farmer in a village in the northern province of Rafha said he had thought it was a baby sheep and would soon grow and catch up with the hundreds of big sheep he owns.

“As days passed, the size of that sheep remained the same…all those days I was perplexed and confused as to why it was not growing until experts told me it is a dwarf sheep,” he was quoted by the Saudi Sharq newspaper as saying.
