Saudi soldier eats glass, fire embers

If you ask Saudi soldier Majid Al Shaeri about his favourite dish, he will say fire embers and glass. You will surely think he is joking, but he is not.

A YouTube film showed the man devouring burned wood and pieces of glass without even flinching.

His other favorite dishes are “spiders and snakes,” according to the Kuwait daily Al Anba which carried the film.
