Transit bus crash sends 17 on board to hospital

Authorities say a transit bus crash in Pennsylvania has sent at least 17 people to the hospital.

The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in Lebanon. Police say a bus slammed into several cars, a bridge, a utility pole, the corner of a church and a trash bin, which was pushed into the porch of a home.

Officials say 17 of the 23 people on board the bus have been taken to a hospital for minor injuries, including the driver.
