Libya says welcomes African Union panel - state TV

Libya said on Sunday it welcomed the establishment of an African Union panel that will travel to the country to help resolve the crisis.

"The Libyan authorities will take all steps to welcome its members and offer all facilities for the accomplishment of the mission," Libyan state television said.
