Man jailed for slitting porn star’s throat

A man was caged on Tuesday for throttling porn star Savannah Gold and slitting her throat

A busty porn actress-turned-escort was found naked and pouring with blood after neighbours in South London heard screams, the Sun newspaper reported.

Married knife-maniac Shohidul Islam, 26, had earlier robbed two bookies' with a fake gun.

He then turned up at blonde Savannah's home in Lambeth, throttled her with a rope and bashed her with a plant pot, according to The Sun.

He told cops: "I'm sorry."

Yorkshire-born Savannah, 26 - real name Natalie Heck - put her "successful" US porn career on hold to return to Britain.

Islam was jailed for a minimum of eight years.
