The air temperature in Moscow breaks the record set in 1973

The Russian Meteorological Center “Phobos” announced that the temperatures in the capital, Moscow, on January 1, broke the record recorded in 1973, by rising to 4.5 degrees above zero.

The center indicated that the previous record was set in 1973, when temperatures reached 4.2 degrees, according to the Russian RT channel.

He added, “Today the temperature is 4.5 degrees Celsius in Moscow.”
