Mickey Mehta to launch wellness center in UAE
India’s leading holistic health guru, and one of the world’s top well-being and life coaches, Mickey Mehta plans to enter the Middle East market by launching his renowned health, wellness and fitness brand, Mickey Mehta’s 360° Wellness Center in the UAE amid a boom in the region’s wellness industry.
As a first step towards tapping the vast potential that exists in the Middle East, Mickey Mehta, the pioneer in the field of Holistic Health and Total Wellness and the pioneer of ‘Equipment-free Gyms’ in India, visited Dubai to promote his brand and explore the possibility of setting up the first Mickey Mehta’s 360° Wellness Center in Dubai with the aim of offering total wellness services – end-to-end solutions which include breathing, meditation, ayurvedic health solutions and ‘Equipment-free gyms’.
During his visit, Mickey Mehta, who is also a Life Coach to top billionaires of India and Bollywood stars, met very senior corporate honchos, HNWI’s, prospective investors and members of the Dubai-based expatriate community and well-wishers, as a part of efforts to promote his life transforming wellness services and create a footprint of this concept in this region.
A very special event addressing the Parsi diaspora through the World Zorastrian Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Chapter (WZCC) was organized courtesy of Rumi Sarkari, Dubai Chapter Chair and Regional Director for the Middle East.

Commenting on plans to establish his brand in the Middle East market, Mickey Mehta, who is also the founder of Mickey Mehta’s Health Beyond Fitness, the company that runs the network of wellness services which include gyms in India, said: “Our research shows that there is growing demand for complete health and wellness solutions in the Middle East, with the UAE in particular putting itself in the frontline as a health conscious market, largely because of a burgeoning population and higher living standards.
“We believe that the need of the hour is to establish a hub that is essentially a one-stop shop for total wellness services in the UAE, and our years of experience in this specialized sector makes us the ideal choice to fill this void. This is especially true for the Middle East, where Indian beauty, fitness and wellness brands have become household names. The success of these companies coupled with the fact that the consumer and business environments in these markets are similar to India, have largely influenced our decision to look at expanding outside India and into the markets of the Middle East”.
At present there are 10 Mickey Mehta’s 360° Wellness Centers, including 2 pools in India, where swimming training programs are conducted under the brand name Mickey Mehta’s 360° Pool, offering a range of services including functional exercises and prop training such as calisthenics, traditional yoga, hi-Intensity yoga, boot camp, agility drills, aerobic activity, cardio, and stretch classes. The centers also offer personalized and modified diet and nutritional consultancy.
