Footage shows the child, with eyes facing forward, turning his body to hug his dad behind him.

In most cases, turning your head to such an unnatural angle would cut the blood supply to your brain and knock you out.

You could also risk breaking your neck and severing the spinal cord, leading to paralysis or even death.

But the boy is so unfazed by the threat that he even repeats the feat, this time turning slowly to face the wrong way.
