Al Ain's Bawadi mall switches to real ice rink

Al Ain’s Bawadi mall has switched from artificial to real ice rink which covers an area of 600 square meters, making it the biggest indoor ice rink in an Al Ain mall.

Mr. Ayman Sartawi, Recreation Facilities Manager, Bawadi Mall added: “The new rink is designed to be a year-round destination for families and skating enthusiasts. It is climate controlled and offers a variety of skating activities for fun, entertainment and sports as well as for families who would like to spend time together in an enchanting environment.”

Safety and quality of the ice will be taken care of throughout while keeping maintaining the consistency of ice at all times.

The mall will soon begin with various activities ranging from sports like ice hockey to live concerts on the rink. The ice rink will also be available for skating, both private and public coaching along with parties along with special events like birthday parties, private functions and corporate events.
