Aldar Properties launches Dh6bn Yas Acres project

Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties has launched Dh6 billion Yas Acres, a golf and waterfront development, that will add 1,315 villas to Yas Island.

The project is located on the northern shores of the island. Residents will enjoy the golf course and club house, parks, schools and waterfront.

Yas Acres on completion will be home to 15,000 residents. Prices for units will start at Dh2.9 million for three-bedroom town houses and can be bought by all nationalities.

At the centre of the project, and running the full length of the development along either side of the golf course and onto the northern shores of Yas Island will be “Royal Oak”, a 4, 5 and 6 bedroom luxury villas.

Villa clusters will include landscaped parks, running and cycling tracks, community pool areas along with playgrounds, sports facilities and BBQ areas. In addition Yas Acres will be home to five mosques, two schools, one retail centre and a full service Adnoc petrol station.
