Peeping Tom films couple undressing in bedroom

From the balcony of his room, a shop worker allegedly video filmed on his mobile phone a couple undressing in their bedroom, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 
At around 11.50pm on November 15,  AA, 29, Indian, and his wife KA, 24, spotted the camera of a mobile phone from a narrow gap between the open window and the curtain.
 
“I got out into the balcony and caught AH, 22, Indian, who was hiding behind the glass which was covered by the curtain. I caught him and took the mobile phone and searching it, I found 4 scenes of me and my wife. One of the scenes showed me naked while another one showed my wife in her underwear while we were changing our dress,” said the victim.
 
The victim called the police who came and arrested AH.

The accused confessed before the prosecution of having violated others’ privacy.
 
Criminal evidences reported finding four scenes of the couple in the mobile phone of the accused taken on November 8, 12 and 15.
 
Records did not mention whether the accused was their flat mate or how he got into the balcony.

The accused denied the two accusations before the court which will give its sentence on February 15.
