A Bangladeshi worker allegedly groped a 12-year-old boy by holding his private parts in front of a supermarket where the accused worked, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
On November 24, at around 5pm, the victim BB asked his mother OM, 33, to allow him go and buy some candies from the supermarket down the building.
BB accompanied his 4-year-old sister SB and the two went to buy candies.
After they made their purchase, AA, a worker in the supermarket, followed them outside the supermarket, groped the boy’s private parts.
The boy shouted at the worker and asked him why he did that. The accused then left the place.
The boy rushed to his mother and informed her what the worker did, so the mother lodged a complaint with the police.
The court will reconvene on January 10.
