Three years for child abuser in Sharjah

A court in Sharjah sentenced a man in his 50s to three years in prison and ordered his deportation from the UAE after he was convicted of abusing a little girl.

The man denied in court that he molested the child but the judge was convinced he was guilty, according to newspapers.

Police arrested the unnamed defendant after the child told her parents that he touched sensitive parts of her body.
