Real Madrid-bound football player Cristiano Ronaldo is set to become one of the highest-paid sports stars in the world. According to The Times newspaper, Ronaldo, 24, who is to complete a world record £80m (Dh483m) move from Manchester United to Real by the end of the month, will earn an estimated £9.5m a year, which will increase by 25 per cent every season.
