Arabtec bags Municipality's Dh150m deal

Arabtec Engineering Services, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, has received a letter of acceptance from Dubai Municipality for Contract DS180 – House Connections and Miscellaneous Works worth Dh150 million.

It provides for the execution of house connections, rehabilitation works, construction of sewer and drains, pumping and lifts stations, pressure mains, and all related maintenance works necessary for the efficient operation of sewerage, drainage and irrigation systems in Dubai.

The contract also provides for emergency works to prevent or alleviate flooding or to provide a continuous service to the public as necessary at any time of day or night, for which an immediate and rapid deployment will be provided.

The duration of the contract is 28 months and covers the emirate of Dubai including Hatta.
