Dewa invites tenders for transformer

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has invited tenders for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 85MVA, 12.5KV/132KV generator transformer for a unit at D Station, Jebel Ali. The closing date for completed tender is June 23. The tender documents are available at the Dewa head office against a non-refundable fee of Dh1,000.

Dewa also invites tenders for the hiring of laboratory services to conduct field density tests, thermal resistivity and core cutting. The closing date for receipt of completed tender is June 7. The tender documents are available at the Dewa head office against a non-refundable fee of Dh200.

Both the tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. The master tender document must be accompanied by a tender bond for an amount of no less than five per cent of the total tendered price.
