Duval Messien sets up new Dubai office

Duval Messien – a French multinational – is basing itself in Dubai through its sole distributor Manav Enterprises. The firm aims to expand its GCC operations via the new office at Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Manav Enterprises specialises in high-tech lightning protection and earthing. Hallmarked projects include Burj Dubai Tower, Royal Properties in Oman and the Dewa headquarters, among others.

Under the chairmanship of Ajay Bhatia, the new office will address electrical safety needs after thorough consideration of the problems faced by developers, consultants and consumers.

Manav Enterprises aims to open a knowledge centre on earthing science for the consultants, safety groups and government institutions.

Bhatia said: "The sales confirm the region is putting greater scrutiny on existing fire management, lightning protection and earthing methods."
