Tamouh projects to be ready by 2013

Tamouh, an Abu Dhabi developer, yesterday said that its four flagship projects under execution now in Abu Dhabi city in Al Ain will be completed and delivered by 2013.

According to Marketing Manager Samia Bouazza, all the projects are being carried out within the legalised timeframe with no major delays. "Currently, we have four projects under execution. We expect them all completed and delivered by 2013," she told Emirates Business on the sideline of Cityscape Abu Dhabi. Tamouh is developing a variety of mixed-use projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain with a combined cost of Dh30 billion.

According to Bouazza, Marina Square on Reem Island, the first project, is scheduled for completion between May and June and tenants are likely to move in within two months after delivery.

Meena Plaza is scheduled for completion by the end of 2011.

"Similarly, City of Light is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013. The fourth project being developed in conjunction with Al Qudra is Danat Gateway in Danat Abu Dhabi, which is also scheduled for delivery in 2013," she added.
