H2O New Media gets UBM deal

H2O New Media has secured the online marketing and community website development contract for United Business Media Information in the UAE.

As per the agreement, H2O New Media, the Dubai- based social media company, will deliver two social communities for UBM Information, a community website for the Middle East's extreme sports fans and the community website for the custom car enthusiasts in the region.

Since the launch, the portals are rapidly acquiring new users and they were an integral part of promoting the hugely successful Adrenaline Sports Show and Barbican Turbo Shows which attracted over 19,175 people to the event in Abu Dhabi.

"We needed a company that could deliver a completely integrated, holistic and comprehensive online campaign. H2O New Media won the business simply because they understood our needs to achieve and deliver a market leading event in this sector," said Kent Daniels, Country Manager, UBM Information.

"UBM globally is at the forefront of community-based events and activities, and in H2O New Media, we found a local partner that could match our global aspirations, expectations and requirements," he said.
