Public relations forum organised in Sharjah

Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi inaugurated the first Public Relations Forum organised by Bait Sheikh Saeed bin Hamed Al Qasimi for government bodies and corporations in Eastern region.

The forum comes as part of Sharjah Museums Department's commitment to highlight the vital role played by the public relations department in contributing to the success of firms in the long run.

The two-day forum focuses on enhancing the awareness of the internal and external missions, the activities of the public relations department within organisations and the importance of conducting research and studies to identify the audience and the effective ways to deal with them.

Manal Ataya, Director General, Sharjah Museums Department, said: "The forum attracts experts working in the field of PR within different government bodies to showcase their experience and exchange views regarding the methodology of public relations and its practical application within organisations. The public relations forum will help to raise the standard of these departments.
